For more than 10 years, Edmond has been deeply fascinated by the concept of personal development and bettering oneself through self-experimentation. Inspired by the likes of Steve Pavlina and Jim Rohn, he has constantly pushed himself to try new things and evolve in all aspects of his life.
His reading and research urged him to assume a different way of thinking which has propelled his career. This led to a mindset of working smart, focusing on providing value to the business, keeping track of successes and distinguishing himself from others. For these reasons he continuously thrived and implemented his moral pillars of adding value to the company he works for, effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders and excellent customer service. This approach extends to his role in training others, which he has done repeatedly for many of the companies he has worked for. This is especially true of his current position as COO, since he has personally trained and guided every single member of staff in his office for the past 5 years producing excellent results.
