With more than 20 years of experience in the IT sector, working across both large organisations and smaller companies in Cyprus and the UK, Edmond is a seasoned professional with strong communication, training, and leadership skills, as outlined below.

Work History in Cyprus and the UK

Edmond has built a diverse professional career in the IT sector, with over 20 years of experience across both local businesses and global organisations.

He worked at V.Ships for 3.5 years, the largest ship management company worldwide, and spent 6.5 years at Deloitte Cyprus, one of the Big 4, where he was responsible for the Limassol and Larnaca offices and contributed to both local and international projects.

Through this experience, he developed in-depth knowledge of:

  • enterprise IT technologies
  • corporate processes
  • cybersecurity
  • governance frameworks

In addition, he obtained key certifications, including:

  • Microsoft Certified Professional (2006)
  • Diploma in Marketing – Cyprus Institute of Marketing (2011)
  • StorageCraft Certified Engineer (2015)

Following the 2008 financial crisis, he explored further opportunities in the UK, where he spent three years working in roles such as IT Support Engineer, Helpdesk Manager, and Infrastructure Engineer.

Return to Cyprus & Leadership Role

After returning to Cyprus in 2016, Edmond played a key role in expanding Correct Group Ltd, serving as COO.

Within a short period:

  • the team grew from 2 to 10 people
  • the company significantly expanded its client base
  • operational processes were developed and implemented

He continues to mentor and guide his team, fostering a culture focused on performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
